Steps to reproduce:

go to leparisien.fr
connect to your profile
add a comment
when you click on "publier"
thenyou get progress circle then this one disappears
then you stay in edit mode

Actual results:

Comment is not published.

Expected results:

Comment is published.

I remember there was no problem with I assume version 68.

I'm having trouble reproducing this issue since I haven't got a profile that I could log-in to.
Please check if this issue also occurs to you on the latest Firefox Nightly. You can find it here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/

I cannot reproduce the issue, I was able to publish a comment on every latest Firefox version.
I will set a component in order to involve the development team in reviewing your issue.
