This bug covers letting our users know that we're about to release Translate.Next, and how and when we intend to do that.
We want to write and publish:
- a post on the l10n blog
- a post our the Mozilla community discourse
- an email to the dev-l10n mailing list
The blog post should serve as the reference and cover what Translate.Next is, what it changes, how we're releasing it, what the expected planning is, and how to report bugs.
