We want to remove the user setting that controls whether a user goes to Translate.Current or Translate.Next, and instead use only our waffle flag to control that. That means that if the flag is active for a given user, they will see Translate.Next (and will not be able to switch back to current), and if not they'll see Translate.Current.

This bug also covers adding a link to our Translate.Next release blog post, that will be created as part of bug 1583774.
