[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the latest Nightly browser with the profile from prerequisites.
- Navigate to "about:logins" page.
- Refresh the page multiple times.
- Navigate to "about:telemetry#events-tab" tab and verify the events recorded.
[Expected results]:
- No ["pwmgr", "sort", "list"] telemetry events are recorded.
[Actual results]:
- The ["pwmgr", "sort", "list"] telemetry event is recorded fore each time when the page is refreshed.

I have verified this issue and is no longer reproducible on the latest Nightly (Build ID: 20191003214801) on Windows 7 x64, Mac 10.14 and Arch Linux 4.12.
- The ["pwmgr", "sort", "list" {"sort_key": "breached"}] telemetry event is no longer recorded when the "about:logins" page is loaded.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED

I have verified this issue on the Firefox Beta 70.0b13 (Build ID: 20191007220302) on Windows 10, MacOS 10.14 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64.
- The ["pwmgr", "sort", "list" {"sort_key": "breached"}] telemetry event is no longer recorded when the "about:logins" page is loaded.
