[Prerequisites]:
- Have the latest Firefox Beta or Nightly installed.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and wait ~5 minutes.
- Click the "What's New" toolbar button.
- Click the date from the top part of the panel.
[Expected result]:
- Nothing happens.
[Actual result]:
- The website corresponding to the first message displayed under the date is opened in a new tab.
[Notes]:
- Attached a screen recording of the issue.

The behavior is intended, the date is part of the message. Only one date is displayed in the screen capture because we group together messages that have the same publishedDate
.

In this case, from the QA point of view, we do not agree with the resolution. This behavior is not optimal, as users clicking on the date would not expect the first message to open and this might make them less likely to read the rest of the messages. Having the date not be actionable at all would be preferable in our opinion.
Considering the above, we are going to reopen the issue and mark it as an enhancement.
