Steps to reproduce:

To reproduce the bug i went to Settings in Firefox Nightly and i clicked on one of the categories, any of them really it doesn't matter all of the categories reproduce the same bug.

Firefox Nightly Version 71.0a1 (2019-09-25) (64-bit) Build ID: 20190925215653

Actual results:

When i clicked on any category in settings, 2 blue lines appeared at the top and bottom of the categories.

Expected results:

What should have happened is that the blue lines should've not have been there and it should look normal.

hi, thank you for reporting this. it looks like the same issue as described in bug 1584069 which already has a regression range, so i'll dupe it over.
