Brief Description of the request (required):
This is exactly the same as the Extended Triplets experiment #1474003 that we ran in 69, except with more conservative frequency capping and profile age targeting. Please see bug #1581912 for tracking the changes.
Business purpose for this request (required):
There is some evidence that the frequency capping and profile age targeting aren't optimal based on some of the results from #1474003. We will determine if more conservative settings can still drive a significant lift in the CTAs presented in the feature.
Requested timelines for the request or how this fits into roadmaps or critical decisions (required):
The experiment will be activated via code landed in #1581912, so will not need Normandy coordination. The experiment will go live when 69 launches on Oct 22, 2019
