We're going to kill plugins in early 2020. lower priority (wont fix?).

This will likely be the last grid remaining in our UI and so will block removing the xul grid implementation in bug 1525737. If we don't have a firm date on this UI going away we should probably just migrate the UI so we can remove the layout code.

Will this fix require manual validation? If yes, please provide some steps to reproduce in order to correctly test it and also, please set the "qe-verify+" flag. Otherwise, could the "qe-verify-" flag be added? Thanks!
