Steps to reproduce:
When I check the public dashboards, I find that on some days there are very high downloads across most of the languages.
Actual results:
For e.g. there are around 1,800 downloads of all language dictionaries as on June 27, 2019. I have checked some sample dashboards from this page...
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/language-tools/
For e.g. check this chart...
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/kamus-pengecek-ejaan-bahasa-in/statistics/?last=365
I will like to know why there are so many downloads on a single day. Is this some kind of DDOS attack?
Expected results:
I have asked this question in support forum as well as stack overflow but did not get satisfactory answer.

I don't think this question really belongs to a bug in Firefox.
Having said that: if you switch language from the browser preferences, and you download the language pack from AMO by searching for more languages (i.e. you don't already have the language pack installed, which is common for Linux distributions), for some locales a dictionary is downloaded together with the language pack. That feature is available from Firefox 65.
