Steps to reproduce:

I intentionally downloaded a virus file from our ticketing system to give it a scan on virustotal.

Actual results:

The file was blocked and the download list said it contained a virus or malware. I then was allowed to either delete or open it directly (which is an extremely dangerous option).

Expected results:

I should've been able to just save the file, to be able to investigate it closer.

I'm going to set the component but I'm pretty sure this issue was already reported in Bug 1563141
