Steps to reproduce:

Before updating to 68.1, TB remembered the different windows (compose, read, reply, addressbook, etc.) sizes and positions.
Now on 68.1(.1), it does not. It keeps changing window sizes whenever I compose a message or read one or something.
(I'm not using tabs, I am using new windows for everything.)

Actual results:

Window sizes not remembered, they usually get much bigger

Expected results:

Sizes and positions should be remembered, as in earlier versions.
