Details

I think functionalities of normal and preview modes of composer is very similar. Then why do exist separately? I think it is possible to merge both modes in one single mode. Am I rigth?
Imran, they are not exactly the same. Normal mode shows some hints for helping the editing of the page (for instance, anchor <a name=""> makes such a hint to appear). Those hints occupy some space, thus affecting the visual formatting a little bit. So, the two modes aren't exactly identical. Also see MS Frontpage which uses similar modes. Marking bug as invalid.
