Steps to reproduce:

Opened Thunderbird

Actual results:

Thunderbird 68.1.1 not downloading new mails automatically on some accounts, After downloading manually it goes back to normal operation. OS+ Windows 7 64 bit. All accounts, All accounts are have box Check for New Messages at Startup

Expected results:

Messages downloaded automatically

Join the club :-( - We're trying to work out why that happens to some POP users. A new profile will fix the issue, but migrating to a new profile can be a mediums size job.
