It would be great to have a #mozbase, and #mozbase-rust group for Phabricator to share the reviews between team members.
Based on https://wiki.mozilla.org/Modules/Testing#Mozbase the members should be:
#mozbase: Andrew Halberstadt, Andreas Tolfsen, Bob Clary, James Graham, Robert Wood, Dave Hunt, Henrik Skupin
#mozbase-rust: Andreas Tolfsen, James Graham, Henrik Skupin
Note, that #mozbase-rust is a sub-set which excludes those people who usually do not work with Rust (yet).
