Details
Add the ability to take browser screenshots during raptor-browsertime tests. Especially useful to see the browser contents in production when tests fail. Perhaps using the browsertime video recording feature would be good instead of taking a stationary screenshot?

IMO with the addition of video metrics, the ability to take screenshots is no longer needed. With video metrics enabled, each page-load is recorded and the video saved as an artifact in production. We can just use video metrics instead of enabling screenshots, if we need to investigate what certain page-loads look like.
