During Bug 1580561 reviews we noticed that the domain used for the AMO API endpoints in all other about:config prefs is "services.addons.mozilla.org", and so we should also change "extensions.abuseReport.url" to use the same domain.

I double-checked with the AMO team about what differs between this two domains and the following is cgrebs answer:

technically services.addons.mozilla.org is primarily being used by Firefox as a measure of being able to scale up/down two separate clusters - one used by Firefox (discovery, abuse reports, other stuff) and one used by regular addons.mozilla.org browsing folks
so, if it's a URL/Pref used by Firefox you probably want to use services.addons.mozilla.org
right now there is no difference at all… it's just a measure of being flexible in case we have to

And so technically there shouldn't be any different at the moment, but we should still change the default url used as the abuse report API endpoint for consistency and in case it becomes necessary in the future.

Summary: Change domain used by the default url for "extensions.abuseReport.url" to services.addons.mozilla.org → Change default url for "extensions.abuseReport.url" to services.addons.mozilla.org

Hello,

Verified the fix using the latest Nightly (71.0a1/20191003214801) under Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6. The verification was also performed on the latest Beta version (70.0b11/20190930132843) as a basis for comparison.

The URL for the extensions.abuseReports.url pref has been changed from addons.mozilla.org to services.addons.mozilla.org, confirming the fix.
