Like bug 1517849, we'd like to migrate AS Router telemetry over to the new data pipeline with the same process. It consists of two parts:

Assignee: nobody → najiang
Iteration: --- → 71.3 - Sept 30 - Oct 13
Priority: -- → P1

All the new table schema for AS Router has been added by this patch.

We can proceed with the client changes now.
