launch apprunner, select the "open web location" file menu item.
type in www.dvdresource.com.
hit return. dialog goes away, but nothing happens.
open web location dialog again, type in a url and click ok. it works.

hitting return in that dialog does nothing,
changing bug summary to reflect that.

Also, find dialog has similar behavior.
