Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Bookmarks manager.
2. Click File Bookmark(s)...
3. Click the column header.
Result: the bookmarks in the Manage Bookmark window sort.

This is a bug? I consider it the desired operation. I'm glad to find out this
tempory way around the sort bugs. However, it sould only be temporary, as it
is. This should be presurved because having this ability could be very useful
once we have more columns than just Name.

This is the opposite of bug 77411 (Sorting in Bookmarks Management window
should apply everywhere).

Fixed by 205378. Verified in both the 2003-05-23-09 Win32 and 2003-05-23-07
Macho trunk builds.
