When using the production iodide server earlier today, I noticed that it was complaining about connectivity problems. When I tried to look up history, I noticed that accessing the /api/v1/token/refresh/ endpoint was redirecting to auth0.
Did something break recently? I thought we had turned off auth0 for all the /api/ endpoints.

Confirmed fixed in stage, once the tag goes out I'll get it pushed to prod as well.
