I have searched hard in the bugbase, since I thought this was requested already... The closest I've come is this bug: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=138960 I would like somekind of option that would allow mail notification to continue working when I am only using Mozilla (browser). It is bothersome, that I have to open mail ever so often, even though I have the Mozilla browser open... This is slightly related to above mentioned bug, so might want to integrate these two bugs?
