Steps to reproduce

• Launch Firefox
• Go to https://www.weibo.com
• Fill in the password with a generated one
• Click on the blue key icon and check the doorhanger

Expected result
The username for the generated password should be blank in the doorhanger

Actual Result
The username is filled with the placeholder: "邮箱/会员帐号/手机号"

Note
The entry in about:logins does not auto-save the generated password with that username. The placeholder is filled only in the doorhanger.

I don't think this is specific to password generation.

Updating affected flags.
Couldn't reproduce it without the auto-save from password generation. The form doesn't allow the user to submit only the password without a username.
