Steps to reproduce:

I started Thunderbird 68.1.1. I resized the window to what I would like it to be. I closed Thunderbird. I restarted Thunderbird and the window is no longer the size it was. It is larger. It has "stretched" on the top, the sides and the bottom.

Actual results:

The window was larger on restart than it was before being closed.

Expected results:

It should have been the same size on restart.
