As reported on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/d9dn2x/youtube_display_issues/
Out of nowhere, I recently started having major issues with how YouTube displays in Firefox. It loads a mostly black screen, and when I scroll over stuff it sometimes will load in a piece of that section of the page (thumbnail, text, etc.). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't work, but I didn't really think it was my extensions anyway because the issue came out of nowhere.
User reports that updating the video driver resolves the issue.

Looks like a driver update fixes the issue, will keep open to see if we hear other reports of the issue
