Steps to reproduce:
On October 3th in 2019 I've restarted Firefox Nightly to apply an update.
To reproduce the problem the only thing needed is to set the focus in the address bar.
Actual results:
When the address bar is focused (to type an address for example) it seems its padding is increasing, the rectangle becomes really larger (see the attached screenshot).
Expected results:
The address bar is not supposed to change its size, it should stay the same.

This is by design.

This is by design.
Since it does not increase the text size nor anything I didn't know that was by design. Sorry for this bug report.
