1586281 - Resizing columns in the request list is broken for RTL

Description

STR:

1. Set intl.uidirection to 1 and restart
2. Ctrl+Shift+E
3. Open any website
4. Try to resize the columns

AR:
The columns are resizing the wrong way.

ER:
They should resize according to the mouse movement.
