The background color of the testcase table extends over the end of the table.
This behavior seems to be related to the number of table rows. If the table has
fewer rows then it does not happen.

Reproducible: Always (on Linux, I was unable to reproduce this on Windows)
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the testcase
2.Scroll to the end


If the background color does not extend to the bottom of the page, then use the
mouse to change the width of the window.

seeing this with linux trunk cvs 2002-07-21. Moving another window across the
blue area at the bottom of the page paints the revealed area as white or blue
quite randomly.

Bug doesn't occur for me with 1300 table rows, but does with 1400.
javascript:alert(window.pageYOffset); says 32504 at the end of 1300 rows, and
35004 at the end of 1400 rows with my font sizes; this would indicate yet
another 2^15 problem.

This testcase has 3000 lines, increase font size if the table cells aren't
>10px :)
