Steps to reproduce:

Drageed multiple shortcuts to Firefox icon

Actual results:

As of late always open all but 1 shortcut in a tab. So Dragging 10 shortcuts open 9 tabs for example.

Expected results:

All shortcuts open in tabs

Never mind. Resolved. Seems to be a switch on shorcut
