User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0
Steps to reproduce:
I attempted to download a screen shot which Firefox reported as failed while creating an unusable file in the downloads folder with the screen shots name.
Actual results:
Upon trying to open the screen shot windows said that the file was unusable.
Expected results:
The download should have been completed without fail and the file should have been usable.

The downloads have now been giving me a blob resource for why it failed. Searching around hasn't yielded a solution yet.

Hi @slifertheskydragon99, tested on FF dev ed. 70.0b13 using two methods: 1. taking a screenshot option -? from URL bar -> tree points button. 2. simply download an image. Both options works in my end.
Please provide the screenshot that FF reported ad failed; also an about:support report. Do you have extensions installed? if you have please try to test in safe mode; here is a link that can help you:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
I will add a short video to see the above methods used.
Further, I will add a component, if isn't the right one please fell free to change it.
Regards,
Liviu

Thank you for the reply Liviu, I was just about to take a recording of the error however Firefox has appeared to have fixed itself and is working normally again.

Hi @slifertheskydragon99, based on your comment 4, could you please mark this issue as Resolved WFM (work for me)?
