The widget is collapsed, see screenshot, similar to bug 1584754.
Working OK on TB 70 beta 3.
Alice, can you find the regression for us, please, somewhere in the 71 cycle.

Thank you so much, Alice. So the cause is the same as for bug 1584754. Strangely bug 1584754 got fixed by bug 1584460, so maybe bug 1584460 missed a bit. So maybe Alex could take a look.
