1586661 - Hovering away from the "Why" link while the More Info panel is open minimizes the More Info panel

STR:

1. On this page, open the TP panel
2. Click the (i) button -- the More Info panel opens
3. Hover "Why?"
4. Hover away from "Why?"

AR:
The More Info panel closes.

ER:
Nothing.

Note that this happens only once when the panel is open, and to re-reproduce it you'd need to close the panel and re-open it.

mozregression tells me this is from https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/rev/56422b3da6ff7d3ae84db40085cfed2943975d03 which seems unlikely, if not impossible.

70 seems unaffected, though

Apologies, this is not a regression but was introduced back when the "Why?" was added in bug 1555233.

Yes, looks like the UI has been updated since. I don't see a "why" label anymore.
