[Affected Versions]:
- Firefox Nightly 71.0a1, Build ID 20191006214844
[Prerequisites]:
- Have access to the delivery console.
- Have an active addon-rollout recipe.
- Have a profile that can be targeted by the addon-rollout recipe.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
- Navigate to about:addons and observe the page.
[Expected result]:
- The rolled out addon is not displayed.
[Actual result]:
- The rolled out addon is displayed on the page.
[Notes]:
- Rolled out addons should use the same property that addon experiments have, in which they are hidden on the about:addons page.
- I have attached a screenshot of the issue:

Just like with Normandy's add-on studies, add-ons that are rolled out through this service will be marked as hidden so that they don't appear in about:studies. This is a property of the XPI file, not of the install process. This might change when we full replace Balrog and start installing rollout add-ons in the features extension directory. I think in general this is not a bug.
