Bug 1585021 found one cause of negative event timestamps, and that fix has largely decreased their frequency in the wild. However, some still remain, and they may have a different cause that should be addressed.

I was mistaken -- we haven't seen any instances of this prior to the fix going in on apps that actually have the fix.
