- Enable window title bars in Customize
- Go to web page using emoji in HTML <title> such as https://emmas.site/

Fro what I see you use system titlebar instead of Firefox one so this is a bug in Gtk.

This WFM on Ubuntu 19.04. I wonder if it depends on which fonts are installed or similar.

It could be. I have the Noto emjoi font that's shipping with 19.04.
