Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox;
2. Click on the 3-line / Hambourger menu button;
3. Click on the What's new option;
4. Click on any option in the menu;

Expected result

• no issues;

Actual result

• while button is pressed, the dotted line contour is displayed;

• not a regression, visible with addition of bug 1565555 most likelly

This is ok. We want to keep the focus ring for easier keyboard navigation. Attached is a screenshot showing the same effect on osx.

So in this section the normal styling + hover effects are no longer applied?
