./mach doc is broken on my machine (macOS mojave 10.14.6). Command output attached.
(Note that you need to "npm install -g jsdoc" to get to this point; mach doc complains at you if you haven't done so.)

:ahal, is that output meaningful at all to you? It sort of looks like the can't open file 'doc' is the fatal bit, but I'm not sure.

This is a dupe, and the fix merged to central two hours after this was filed (after months of inactivity). So good timing ;)
The tracebacks and can't open file 'doc' are red herrings. Bug 1536103 tracks cleaning up all the warning/error spew. Also bug 1498604 tracks properly bootstrapping jsdoc.
