Changes nsIPresShell:DoCopyLinkLocation to nsIPresShell::GetLinkLocation so that we can get the current target as a string

Type ahead find is being implemented in bug 30088.

The status bar messages currently do not include the link target of the
currently focused link. They should.

 changes via "not part of build" checkin.
