User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0

Steps to reproduce:

On an iPad mini 4 iOS 13.1.2, go to a web page with plain text or use reader view.
Do a long press on some text.

Actual results:

Nothing happens. No adjustable blue selection box appears.

Expected results:

A long press on plain text should put the browser in select-text mode with options to copy, share etc.

This issue will be fixed in the next release. Thanks for reporting.
