The testcase is to test after the frame script file unload event, it still allows messages to be sent, but we don't file the unload event for JSWindowActor. After discussed with front-end, we will not support file unload event for JSWindowActor. I'll add a comment to skip-if = fission.

Retroactively moving fixed bugs whose summaries mention "Fission" (or other Fission-related keywords) but are not assigned to a Fission Milestone to an appropriate Fission Milestone.

This will generate a lot of bugmail, so you can filter your bugmail for the following UUID and delete them en masse:
