Please change the vlan of the mac mini MAC:38:c9:86:43:30:cf (should be IP:10.49.48.24, mac-v3-signing9.srv.releng.mdc1.mozilla.com) to the srv.releng.mdc1 vlan

I changed it in infoblox (replaced MAC address for mac-v3-signing9 to this new mac, and removed the old "t-yosemite-r7-255" entry).

vlan tagged. the mini did not come back up after reboot so dhouse will open ticket with QTS smart hands.
