From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020721 BuildID: 2002072104 If the Cookie Manager width is narrowed below a certain point (roughly 346 pixels on my system) the scroll bar remains fixed (at approximately 302 pixels from the left edge). If the window is narrowed beyond the point of the scroll bar, it disappears. If the scroll bar is out of position, it is still possible to click in the area where a down arrow *should* be and scroll the list. It is *not* possible to click in the area where an up arrow is expected -- this merely highlights that entry. Expanding the window beyond the default point has scroll bars that work as expected, moving to the appropriat position. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Cookie Manager 2. Slowly reduce window width to about half the default 3. Observe scroll bar positioning Actual Results: Scroll bar did not move; eventually disappeared. Expected Results: Scroll bar should always be a constant distance from the right border.
Screenshots here show the same as screenshot in bug 128496 attachment 72085 [details] I see something similar on Linux. The window as such doesn't have a minimum size set, so most of its widgets - including scrollbar and buttons - will slide out of sight as the window is made narrowser. The columns for "Site" and "Cookie Name" seem to have a minimum size set though.

I don't see the scroll bar remaining fixed at one postion as described here. However I do see that the window reduction doesn't look right.

I have the same problem as others with the scroll bar poisitioned wrong. I also had to resize the window to get the scroll bar to operate. Bug appears to be confirmed.

the window still has resizing issues, covered by bug 89908, but I don't see the scroll bar being fixed - 1.2alpha, win2k. reporter: can you reproduce the scrollbar issue with a recent build of mozilla (for example, 1.2alpha)? if so, please comment again with details. if not, please resolve this bug as WORKSFORME. thanks.
