Several lines of text overwrite the first line.  Not sure if this is an example
of <div> problems, or if it's related to other microsoft.com rendering issues
(I'm not a programmer, just a geek checking for bugs).

Steps to Reproduce:
Each time I go to the web page, it is displayed incorrectly.
