Steps to reproduce:
Have more than 30 bookmarks. Click on the library icon, click on "bookmarks".
Actual results:
Result is the bookmarks menu is partly hidden by the (win 10) taskbar and especially the link to show the bookmark manager.
Expected results:
The bookmark menu should be shortened so that you can see the "bookmark manager" link.
