Steps to reproduce:

My System language is set to English.
My Firefox language is set to English.
My Region in MacOS is set to Russian (I'm living in Russia).
OS: MacOS Catalina v. 10.15

Actual results:

Hello,

Firefox's dialog boxes language differs from English (it's Russian) - buttons and default folder's labels - even though Firefox itself and system language are set to English. Pretty much everything is on English but for dialog boxes.

Expected results:

I expect dialog box to be in English aswell.
