1588181 - Review data in additionalProperties to identify obvious schema fixes before backfill

This bug is motivated by finding more events in additional_properties in the main ping that aren't caught by the schema (those under the dynamic process) – before we backfill history, we should make sure we've done a thorough search and schematize everything we can out of additional_properties.

Frank generated a list of known issues here in september: https://github.com/mozilla/mozilla-schema-generator/issues/47#issuecomment-528411787

We should prioritize those but it might be worth doing another pass (and especially after we get through this original punchlist)

I believe this is done. We added user_prefs, several new processes, and other assorted fields.
