Open that page, click on the "Learn more about Keen" (on the left, above it's
FREE) then click on point 3 which is long enough to see the bug.
First note the bottom of the scroll bar does not show the Down arrow (My arrows
are grouped in Syst. Prefs).
Now scroll down the scroll thumb and see the bottom line floading down.
Go back (top left link), click again on 3 and now scroll by clicking below the
thumb to make a page jump, a line will be incorrectly drawn in the middle.
Build 0722.
Works perfectly in Mozilla 1.1a.

The missing down scroll arrow problem: confirmed using Chimera/20020722. It
appears to work using FizzillaCFM/2002072203, although it should suffer from bug
56448 there as well.
Adding qawanted. We need to decide whether or not this is actually a duplicate
of bug 56448.
The scrolling garbage problem: Stephane, please file that as a separate bug,
although I suspect that may be ultimately prove to be a duplicate, also.

The scrolling garbage problem would be a dupe of 153116. As for the down arrow
problem, 56488 sounds right.
