Details
I use IceWM, but when using Full-Screen (F11) which is cool, the window manager
decorations do not come back when exiting full screen mode. At first I thought
this was a bug in IceWM, but testing another browser with full screen worked
fine, so IceWM is capable of restoring window decorations. I know this is a new
feature, so don't commit suicide over it or anything. Hey.. the button on this
form says "Commit" that's funny.

WFM, linux build 20020727 and 1.1b, blackbox window manager v0.65.0beta4
so this is not (directly) related to bug 117114.
wfm linux build 2003050208 with IceWM 1.2.7.
