User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0

Steps to reproduce:

I use a 24 full HD monitor as my primary screen on the right and a 15.6-inch full HD laptop as a secondary screen on the left. The 24-inch monitor is at a scale of 100% and the laptop is at a scale of 125%. When I shift a firefox window from the monitor to the laptop and maximize it, thin white borders around the firefox appear.
This does not happen with other browsers.

Actual results:

The white borders appear in firefox on the secondary screen when firefox is maximized.

Expected results:

The borders should not appear.
