Too late for a fix in 70 but we could take a patch for 72/71.

Nihanth, this regression was caused by your patches in Bug 1577622 / Bug 1576100, could you have a look please? Thanks

We started setting the disabled attribute in bug 1576100 which is why it "regressed" this. I need to try Windows high-contrast and check how other disabled items are displayed in popups.
Ciprian, would it be easy for you to quickly check how disabled items look in context menus? For example, when right-clicking on the background in a BMO page, "View Background Image" is disabled in the context menu. If you could post a screenshot of that, it would be very helpful. In the meantime I will also try to find someone with a Windows machine to help me check this.
Thanks!

Someone happened to have a Window machine. The disabled buttons in the protections panel matched the style of disabled items in the context menu, and other "disabled" text. Based on this, I think we can resolve this as INVALID.
