We implement currentTime behavior to spec (namely that it starts at 0 and doesn't progress unless playing), but not all browsers do. Let's reflect this in WPT.

Is currentTime
expected to increment when srcObject
is set to a CanvasCaptureMediaStream
and afterward only one image is drawn onto a <canvas>
?
